This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms regarding payments, refunds and cancellations for courses purchased on The Grafik Studio.
Our courses are digital products that give you immediate, lifetime access to the content upon purchase.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are generally final once course access has been granted.
If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased course and we are unable to resolve it, you may be eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@thegrafikstudio.store with your registered email and order details. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will not be provided where a significant portion of the course has already been consumed, for change of mind, or in cases of policy violation such as content sharing or piracy.
As courses are one-time purchases with lifetime access, there are no recurring subscriptions to cancel. Free courses do not involve any payment.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
